Dave and Busters

Today's outfit was a much more casual comfy look. It consisted of an american flag tank top, layered with a gray zip up hoodie and a jean jacket. I added a red and blue beanie, matching with my top. Next, I wore my bright neon yellow nikes.  I decided to get some use out of it and wear it this weekend, since I never get to wear them out but during phys ed class. Being the only day we got to go out and do something this entire week of February break, we chose to go bowling at Dave and Busters. The place was crowded and there was a long waiting list for the bowling lanes. We had to wait approximately an hour until we were able to play. So for the time being, while waiting, we decided to play pool/billiards. Once finishing our game of bowling, we headed to Shake Shack for dinner. It was so surprising to find a Shake Shack near there. When we passed by and saw it we just had to go and eat there. I've always wanted to go there, from hearing many people talk about how good it was. And surely, it was.

Minty Green

When I found this sweater, I knew I had to pick it up right away. I saw the giant tag on it that said $10 and I couldn't just pass that up. Plus, it automatically reminded me of the green acne sweater that literally looks exactly like this. It's insane how similar they are, with the whole knit details and color and everything. (Picture above: left- my sweater; right- acne sweater) So for $300 less I think that's a pretty good deal. Then, I wore a collared top underneath the sweater to add a better look and then paired it with my mint green jeans. I was kind of annoyed since I had just gotten the jeans on a previous trip to H&M for $25 and found it on sale for only $15 a couple of weeks after. But oh well, I'm over it.

Prabal Gurung x Target

After much excitement for the most desolate Target near me carrying Prabal Gurung's 'Love' line, I've ended up with only one piece from the whole line. Sadness came over me as I walked away from the neon heels and gorgeous dresses (which i'm way too short for #shortgirlproblems). At the end of the day, I purchased my most favorite piece in the whole line! After purchasing this sweater, I've decided to style it with Zoe Saldana in mind. Although without the Rag and Bone booties and Dolce and Gabbana hand bag, unfortunately. On the other hand, I've put my own spin on it. Continuing the neon theme, i've paired this sweater with a neon yellow H&M beanie, as well as my 2 dollar phone case from Radio Shack (caution: NOT protective). I topped it off with my Nine West platforms, which weren't very practical, when there's clearly snow all around me and under 30 degree weather.

A look for less!
